We the people shall make it possible for all women to have abortions access in every state and the right to make decisions on there own bodies. All women should get paid equally the same amount of money as a man does for the same job position and all families that have a job should be able to have paid maternity leave.
The government can not prohibit anyone from getting an abortion
Since the 1970s, abortion has become one of the most debatable subjects of controversy in today’s world. The issue of abortion seems to divide people into two opposed teams: Pro life or Pro choice. The Pro life view is based entirely on the assumption that human life begins at the moment of conception. The Pro choice is based on a woman's right to decide what shall happen in and to her own body.
All jobs must have equal pay regardless of gender-
Women in the United States are paid 77 cents for every dollar paid to men, and that gap is widest for women of color. This persistent, pervasive wage gap is driven in part by gender and racial discrimination, workplace harassment, job segregation and a lack of workplace policies that support family caregiving, which is still most often performed by women.
All jobs must have optional maternity leave-
The United States is one of very few countries worldwide without guaranteed paid parental leave. In most states, employees taking leave are eligible only for a percentage of their weekly compensation.
